Amber Scott, owner and operator of Emtillect, is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified DACUM Facilitator with a terminal degree in educational leadership and a graduate degree in public administration. She brings more than 30 years of combined professional experience across bookkeeping, budget development, payroll, personnel relations, compensation strategy, human resources, financial and HR information systems setup and training, policy and employee handbook development, operational optimization, and business communications.
Her experience spans multiple industries, including manufacturing, HVAC, water and wastewater management, education, and service-based organizations.
